| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de investigación es cuantitativo, el diseño utilizado tipo descriptivo y trasversal, no experimental. El problema de investigación general fue: ¿Cuál es el nivel de Satisfacción de las madres sobre la atención en el consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo en tiempos de pandemia Puesto de salud San Isidro Tumbes - 2021? El objetivo general: Fue determinar el nivel de satisfacción sobre las madres en la atención en consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo en tiempos de pandemia. Puesto de Salud San Isidro Tumbes. objetivos específicos fueron 4: para identificar el nivel de satisfacción de las madres sobre la atención en consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo en tiempos de pandemia, para ello, se trabajó 3 dimensiones, en la dimensión humana, dimensión técnica científica y dimensión entorno. La justificación, fue evidenciar las posturas relacionadas con la condición, teórica, metodológica, socioeconómico, importancia y la viabilidad del estudio. La variable fue la satisfacción de las madres de niños menores de 2 años, 190 madres fue la población y 100 madres la muestra. La confiabilidad fue determinada mediante la herramienta del Alfa de Cronbach 0.852, los resultados evidenciaron que existe una satisfacción total buena con un 86% para la dimensión Humana fue de 99% para la técnica científica 89% y para el entorno de92% | |
