dc.descriptionEn el presente informe de investigación se analiza críticamente los alcances del delito de Usurpación Clandestina, previsto y sancionado en el inciso 4, artículo 202° del Código Penal Peruano. Para ello, el autor desarrolla los fundamentos que dieron lugar a la sanción de esta nueva forma de criminalidad, prestando especial atención en la determinación del bien jurídico protegido para obtener una correcta interpretación de los alcances típicos de este delito.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this research report critically analyzes the scope of the crime of clandestine usurpation, a punishable offense sanctioned at paragraph 4, article 202 of the Peruvian Penal Code. In this regard, the author develops the fundamentals that led to the enactment of this new form of crime, with particular attention to the determination of the legally protected. All this for a correct interpretation of the typical scope of the crime and consequently determining who could be considered taxable persons.es_ES
