Nivel de inteligencia emocional y el grado de satisfacción laboral del personal de la Red de Salud Pataz

Abstract
Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional de corte transversal, se realizó con el
propósito de determinar la relación entre el nivel de inteligencia emocional y el grado de
satisfacción laboral, del personal de la Red de Salud Pataz. El universo muestral estuvo
constituido por 80 profesionales de salud que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Para
la recolección de datos se aplicó dos instrumentos: escala para medir el nivel de
inteligencia emocional y encuesta de medición del grado de satisfacción laboral. Se
utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS 23. Para determinar correlación entre variables, se
utilizó la prueba estadística de Spearman. Los resultados reflejaron que la mayoría del
personal de salud tiene bajo nivel de inteligencia emocional en las dimensiones de
atención (41,25%) y claridad emocional (45%), mientras que el nivel es alto, en la
dimensión de regulación emocional (46.25%); por otro lado, la mayoría del personal
muestra satisfacción laboral media en las dimensiones de significación de la tarea
(72,5%) y condiciones de trabajo (62,5%), sin embargo, la mayoría está insatisfecha en
las dimensiones de reconocimiento personal y/o social (46,25%) y beneficio económico
(87,5%). En conclusión, existe correlación altamente significativa entre las dimensiones
de inteligencia emocional y las de satisfacción laboral(p=0.000).
A Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional correlational study was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and the degree of job satisfaction of the staff of the Pataz Health Network. The sample universe consisted of 80 health professionals who met the inclusion criteria. For data collection, two instruments were applied: a scale to measure the level of emotional intelligence and a survey to measure the degree of job satisfaction. The SPSS 23 statistical program was used. To determine correlation between variables, the Spearman statistical test was used. The results reflected that the majority of health personnel have a low level of emotional intelligence in the dimensions of attention (41.25%) and emotional clarity (45%), while the level is high in the dimension of emotional regulation (46.25%). %); On the other hand, the majority of personnel show average job satisfaction in the dimensions of task significance (72.5%) and working conditions (62.5%), however, the majority are dissatisfied in the dimensions of personal recognition. and/or social (46.25%) and economic benefit (87.5%). In conclusion, there is a highly significant correlation between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and those of job satisfaction (p=0.000)
