Abstract
La presente investigación se efectuó con el objetivo de analizar la influencia de las relaciones interpersonales en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes II ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Informática, Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2022. En la realización del siguiente se utilizaron los métodos inductivo - deductivo, analítico – sintético y estadístico; se aplicaron las técnicas de estudios, las cuales fueron cuantitativas (encuesta) y cualitativas (observación y entrevista), siendo aplicados a través de instrumentos como la guía y registro de observación, guía y registro de entrevista y el cuestionario; la población estudio estuvo conformada por 23 estudiantes de II ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Informática de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo – Filial Valle Jequetepeque, se logró evidenciar a través de la presente investigación que las relaciones interpersonales influyen de forma positiva en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes universitarios, evidenciándose en el adecuado proceso de aprendizaje manifestado a través de sus altas calificaciones y compromiso durante sus actividades académicas; por otro lado, las relaciones interpersonales fueron manifestadas a través de su eficiente participación en clases reflejadas en el óptimo desarrollo de sus habilidades sociales y sus habilidades comunicativas.
ABSTRACT The present research was carried out with the objective of analyzing the influence of interpersonal relationships on the academic performance of students II cycle of the Professional School of Computer Science, National University of Trujillo, 2022. The following inductive - deductive, analytical - synthetic and statistical methods were used to carry out the study; study techniques were applied, which were quantitative (survey) and qualitative (observation and interview), being applied through instruments such as the observation guide and record, interview guide and record and the questionnaire; The study population consisted of 23 students of the second cycle of the Professional School of Computer Science of the National University of Trujillo - Jequetepeque Valley Branch, it was possible to demonstrate through this research that interpersonal relationships have a positive influence on the academic performance of university students, evidenced in the adequate learning process manifested through their high grades and commitment during their academic activities; on the other hand, interpersonal relationships were manifested through their efficient participation in classes reflected in the optimal development of their social skills and their communication skills.
