Abstract
Mi trabajo tiene la finalidad en educación, que los estudiantes tomen conciencia de su alimentación y del cuidado del medio ambiente, ya que en él se encuentra toda forma de vida. Se conoce como medio ambiente o ambiente natural al entorno que incluye al paisaje, la flora, la fauna, el aire y el resto de los factores bióticos y abióticos que caracterizan a un determinado lugar. La educación ambiental, por lo tanto, es la formación orientada a la enseñanza del funcionamiento de los ambientes naturales para que los seres humanos puedan adaptarse a ellos sin dañar a la naturaleza. Las personas deben aprender a llevar una vida sostenible que reduzca el impacto humano sobre el medio ambiente y que permita la subsistencia del planeta._x000D_
Mi sesión de aprendizaje estuvo enfocada que los estudiantes comprendan el mensaje de la lectura y luego lo lleven a la práctica evitando consumir comidas no aptas para su salud._x000D_
La lectura nos habló del cuidado de la salud y de las enfermedades no trasmisibles, así poder evitar todo tipo de enfermedad.

My work has the purpose in education, that the students become aware of their food and the care of the environment, since in it there is every way of life._x000D_
The environment that includes the landscape, flora, fauna, air and the rest of the biotic and abiotic factors that characterize a certain place is known as the environment or natural environment._x000D_
Environmental education, therefore, is training oriented to the teaching of the functioning of natural environments so that human beings can adapt to them without harming nature. People must learn to lead a sustainable life that reduces the human impact on the environment and allows the subsistence of the planet._x000D_
My learning session was focused on students understanding the message of reading and then putting it into practice avoiding eating unfit meals for their health._x000D_
The reading told us about health care and non-communicable diseases, so we can avoid all kinds of illness.
