dc.description.abstractLa infección por el virus del SARS-CoV-2 ocasiona la enfermedad del Covid-19 esta se considera un problema de salud pública debido a la pandemia que ocasionó en 2020 y 2021, en Perú el primer caso se reportó el 6 de marzo del 2020 incrementándose rápidamente el número de casos de manera exponencial. Este estudio tiene como objetivo principal determinar la prevalencia de la infección por SARS-CoV-2 en pacientes atendidos en el centro de salud Melvin Jones - Alto Trujillo – El Porvenir, abril 2020 - Julio 2021. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo, el cual incluyó a 1125 pacientes con infección por SARS- CoV-2 entre los meses de abril 2020 a julio 2021 que cumplieron con los criterios requeridos para la investigación , la información se recopiló de las fichas de investigación clínica epidemiológica de cada paciente y del sistema integrado para COVID-19 (SISCOVID) los datos fueron presentados en figuras, donde se obtuvo una prevalencia de 31.3%, el grupo más afectado corresponde al sexo femenino con 60% en pacientes de 30 a 39 años con un 21.9% de prevalencia. Con respecto a la frecuencia de anticuerpos se utilizó el programa IBM SPSS versión 22; se obtuvo que el tipo IgM e IgG se presenta en mayor porcentaje 74,91 %, siendo el sexo femenino el más afectado con 71,2%, el grupo etario con mayor prevalencia fue el de 30 -40 años con 92,3%.
dc.description.abstractThe infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus causes the Covid-19 disease, this is considered a public health problem due to the pandemic that it caused in 2020 and 2021, in Peru the first case was reported on March 6, 2020 rapidly increasing the number of cases exponentially. The main objective of the study is to determine the prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 infection in patients treated at the Melvin Jones Health Center - Alto Trujillo - El Porvenir, April 2020 - July 2021. A descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective study was carried out. , which included 1125 patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection between the months of April 2020 to July 2021 who met the criteria required for the investigation, the information was collected from the clinical epidemiological investigation sheets of each patient and from the integrated system for COVID-19 (SISCOVID) the data were presented in figures, where a prevalence of 31.3% was obtained, the most affected group corresponds to the female sex with 60% in patients between 30 and 39 years old with a 21.9% prevalence. Regarding the frequency of antibodies, the IBM SPSS version 22 program was used; It was obtained that the IgM and IgG type is presented in a higher percentage 74.91%, being the female sex the most affected with 71.2%, the age group with the highest prevalence was 30 -40 years with 92.3%.
