Abstract
La siguiente investigación se realizó en la I.E. FRANCISCO DE ZELA del distrito de El Porvenir, con alumnos del 5º de primaria en el año 2018, para conocer los “Efectos del acoso escolar en las relaciones interpersonales de los alumnos del 5º de primaria de la Institución Educativa Francisco de Zela”. Durante esta investigación se llegó a obtener resultados por medio de la observación, conversaciones informales y diversas situaciones mostradas en las vivencias diarias con los 35 alumnos los cuales conviven 8 horas por 5 días a la semana en su Institución Educativa, donde pasan toda clase de situaciones que los lleva a establecer relaciones entre sí, pero no siempre de la manera más adecuada. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de recolectar datos sobre la problemática expuesta, para ello se aplicaron diversas técnicas, como la observación, entrevistas y aplicación de encuestas, también se buscó información bibliográfica para poder conocer más el tema y tener mayor visión no solo sobre el acoso escolar sino también sobre las relaciones interpersonales; así como los efectos que tiene el acoso escolar en la relación de pares, baja autoestima, el ausentismo y deserción escolar. Lo que se da a conocer en esta investigación es el fruto del estudio realizado de manera minuciosa, con esta investigación se ha querido recolectar los datos más importantes de la problemática, y también de la realidad en la que se desarrollan día a día, así como la relación que tiene con sus padres y maestra pues también son factores importantes cuando los menores entablan relaciones interpersonales, sobre todo si estos no se dan cuenta del acoso que sufren los alumnos. El acoso escolar ha orillado a los alumnos a tener relaciones interpersonales torpes y de poca calidad, el miedo a ser centro de burlas no los deja desarrollar sus habilidades sociales de manera adecuada y los tiene presionados o con poca confianza en sí mismos.
ABSTRACT The following investigation was carried out in the I.E. FRANCISCO DE ZELA of the district of El Porvenir, with students of the 5th grade in 2018, to learn about the “Effects of bullying on the interpersonal relationships of the students of the 5th grade of the Francisco de Zela Educational Institution”. During this investigation, results were obtained through observation, informal conversations and various situations shown in daily experiences with the 35 students who live 8 hours for 5 days a week in their Educational Institution, where all kinds of situations happen which leads them to treat each other, but not always in the most appropriate way. This research was carried out with the objective of collecting data on the exposed problem, for this purpose various techniques were applied, such as observation, interviews and application of surveys, bibliographic information was sought to be able to learn more about the subject and have a better vision. Only about bullying but also about interpersonal relationships; as well as the effects that bullying has on the relationship between peers, poor school performance, low self-esteem and truancy and dropout. What is known in this research is the result of a thorough study, with this research we wanted to collect the most important data of the problem, and also the reality in which they are developed day by day, as well as The relationship he has with his parents and teacher are also important factors when children enter into interpersonal relationships, especially if they do not realize the harassment suffered by students. Bullying has led students to have awkward and poor quality interpersonal relationships; the fear of being a center of teasing does not allow them to develop their social skills adequately and has them under pressure or with little confidence in themselves.
