dc.descriptionThe development of this research called "WEB SYSTEM INFORMATION OF PERSONAL AND WORKSHEETS CONTROL TO IMPROVING HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF BAGUA GRANDE" aims to improve the management of human resources, proposing a solution that influences significantly in the current model. Currently Sub Human Resources Management of the municipality presents some problems in processing payroll and personnel assistance. These problems are specified below. The current system of personal support information is independent personnel payroll system. In addition to there not an efficient control over the permissions of staff so the information system is inadequate for managing staff assistance. This leads to considerable time care in preparing a list. Since this problem has been appropriate and necessary to analyze, design and implement a Web information system to improve the management of the human resources of the Provincial Government of Bagua Grande and thus overcome the above problems. This thesis has continued his study under the guidelines of the RUP (Rational Unified Process) and for the design and modeling diagrams has made use of UML (Unified Modeling Language). Finally as a result of this study we conclude that by implementing the proposed system will achieve better management of Sub human resources of the Provincial Government of Bagua Grande generating savings in time and effort and allowing real control of information.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación denominado “SISTEMA DE INFORMACION WEB DE CONTROL DE PERSONAL Y PLANILLAS PARA MEJORAR LA GESTIÓN DE RECURSOS HUMANOS DEL GOBIERNO PROVINCIAL DE BAGUA GRANDE”, tiene como propósito mejorar la gestión de recursos humanos, proponiendo una solución que influye de manera significativa en el modelo actual. En la actualidad la Sub Gerencia de Recursos Humanos de la municipalidad presenta algunos problemas en la elaboración de planillas y asistencia de personal. Estos problemas son especificados a continuación. El actual sistema de información de asistencia de personal es independiente al sistema de planillas de personal. Además de no existir un eficiente control sobre los permisos del personal por lo que el sistema es inadecuado para la gestión de asistencia de personal. Esto conlleva a considerables tiempos de atención en la elaboración de una planilla. A partir de esta problemática se ha visto conveniente y necesario analizar, diseñar e implementar un sistema de información Web para mejorar la gestión del área de recursos humanos del Gobierno Provincial de Bagua Grande y así subsanar los problemas mencionados. La presente tesis ha seguido su estudio bajo las pautas de la metodología RUP (Proceso Unificado de Rational) así como para el diseño y modelado de diagramas se ha hecho uso de UML (Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado). Finalmente como resultado de esta investigación concluimos que mediante la implementación del sistema propuesto se logrará mejorar la gestión de la sub gerencia de recursos humanos del Gobierno Provincial de Bagua Grande generando ahorro de tiempo y esfuerzo y permitiendo un control real de la información.
