| dc.description | The present study, correlational descriptive cross-sectional, whose objective was to determine the relation between the knowledge and attitudes towards the treatment among pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Santa Isabel district hospital. El Porvenir. The sample universe was formed by 17 patients attended in the ESNPCT in this hospital. To collect data two instruments were used: A survey and a questionnaire created by Huaynates (2006), which was developed based on “Doctrine Update, Rules and Procedures for the Tuberculosis control programme in Peru” (MINSA, 2011), and adapted by Saavedra (2018), based on the Health Standards for the Tuberculosis Control (NTSTBC, 2006), statistical analyses were performed using the Chi Square Test, the results show that 52.9 percent of patients have a medium level of knowledge, 47.06 percent have a high level. Also the findings show that 76.47 percent have demonstrated a good attitude, and 23.53 percent show Indifference. There is therefore a statistically significant relationship between both variables ( = 0.05). | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio, de tipo descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación existente entre los conocimientos y la actitud hacia el tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar del Hospital Distrital Santa Isabel. El Porvenir. El universo muestral estuvo conformado por 17 pacientes atendidos en la ESNPCT de dicho hospital. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos instrumentos: Una Encuesta y un Cuestionario elaborado por Huaynates (2006), en base a la “Actualización de la Doctrina, Normas y Procedimientos para el control de la Tuberculosis en el Perú” (MINSA, 2011), y modificado por Saavedra (2018), en base a la Norma Técnica de Salud para el Control de la Tuberculosis (NTSTBC, 2006), para el análisis estadístico se utilizó Chi Cuadrado, llegando a los siguientes resultados: el 52.94 por ciento de los pacientes tienen un nivel medio de conocimientos, el 47.06 por ciento un nivel alto. Así mismo, los hallazgos evidencian que el 76.47 por ciento de los pacientes tienen una buena actitud, y el 23.53 por ciento muestran Indiferencia. Por lo tanto, existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre ambas variables ( = 0.05). | es_PE |
