Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional titulado “Sistema web-móvil para el control del proceso de tareo en el área de operaciones de la empresa ‘STRACON S.A.’ - Lima”, es una solución tecnológica de desarrollo web y móvil para una empresa proveedora de servicios de minería y construcción, la cual permitió la automatización del proceso de tareo en el área de operaciones.
Este trabajo presenta la automatización a nivel web y móvil del control del proceso de tareo registrando en línea las entradas y salidas del personal en el área de operaciones de la empresa en estudio; se planteó como objetivos específicos: Desarrollar la fase inicial del proyecto; Desarrollar la fase de planificación y estimación del proyecto; Desarrollar la fase de implementación del proyecto; en cuanto al método empleado, se utilizó al framework “SCRUM” como la metodología empresarial para desarrollar las fases: Definición del alcance del sistema; Elaboración del product backlog; Elaboración de sprints; Elaboración de prototipos; Elaboración del sprint Planning. En cuanto a las conclusiones obtenidas, se tuvo: se mejoró el control del proceso de tareo en el área de operaciones de la empresa mediante el desarrollo de la solución tecnológica propuesta lo que incluyó la implementación del marco de trabajo de SCRUM y sus principales componentes.
The present work of professional sufficiency titled "Web-mobile system for the control of the process of tareo in the area of operations of the company 'STRACON S.A.'. - Lima", is a technological solution of web and mobile development for a mining and construction services provider company, which allowed the automation of the tare process in the operations area. This work presents the automation at web and mobile level of the control of the tareo process by registering online the inputs and outputs of the personnel in the operations area of the company under study; the specific objectives were: Develop the initial phase of the project; Develop the planning and estimation phase of the project; Develop the implementation phase of the project; as for the method used, the framework "SCRUM" was used as the business methodology to develop the phases: Definition of the scope of the system; Elaboration of the project; Elaboration of the project's scope; Elaboration of the project's scope; Elaboration of the project's implementation phase: Definition of the scope of the system; Elaboration of the product backlog; Elaboration of sprints; Elaboration of prototypes; Elaboration of the sprint Planning. As for the conclusions obtained, the following was obtained: the control of the task process in the operations area of the company was improved through the development of the proposed technological solution, which included the implementation of the SCRUM framework and its main components.
