Abstract
La presente investigación fue descriptivo, correlacional y de corte transversal, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y estrés laboral del personal de enfermería del Hospital de apoyo Santiago Apóstol – Utcubamba, 2024. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 40 enfermeras, quienes cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión, la técnica fue la encuesta y los instrumentos utilizados fueron dos cuestionarios uno sobre clima organizacional y el otro sobre estrés laboral. Según los resultados el 15% del personal de enfermería percibe un clima organizacional inadecuado y el 77,5% medianamente adecuado. En relación a la variable nivel de estrés, el 62,5% presentó un nivel de estrés laboral medio y el 37.5 nivel de estrés laboral alto, concluyéndose que la relación entre el Clima organizacional y estrés laboral del personal de enfermería del Hospital de Apoyo Santiago Apóstol – Utcubamba, de acuerdo a la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman alta -0,543 y significativa (0,00), e inversa es decir a mejor clima laboral menor estrés en los trabajadores
The present research was descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, whose objective was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and work stress of the nursing staff of the Santiago Apóstol Support Hospital - Utcubamba, 2024. The sample universe was made up of 40 nurses, who met the inclusion criteria, the technique was the survey and the instruments used were two questionnaires, one on organizational climate and the other on work stress. According to the results, 15% of the nursing staff perceive an inadequate organizational climate and 77.5% perceive it as moderately adequate. In relation to the variable level of stress, 62.5% presented a medium level of work stress and 37.5% presented a high level of work stress, concluding that the relationship between the organizational climate and work stress of the nursing staff at the Hospital de Apoyo Santiago Apóstol – Utcubamba, according to the Spearman Rho statistical test, high -0.543 and significant (0.00), and inversely, the better the work environment, the less stress in the workers
