Abstract
El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre la Gestión
Educativa y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes del cuarto grado Secundaria de la I.E.
Rafael Narváez Cadenillas de Trujillo.
La metodología empleada fue con enfoque cuantitativo, con estudio de tipo básico y diseño
no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y
como medio de recolección de los datos se consideró el uso de dos cuestionarios. Uno, para
evaluar la gestión educativa y otro, para medir el rendimiento académico. Se consideró 25
estudiantes del cuarto grado de secundaria, como muestra de estudio.
Los resultados analizados indican que los estudiantes realizan permanentemente las
actividades de la gestión educativa que son diseñadas por sus docentes. Además,
respondieron favorablemente sobre su apropiada condición de rendimiento académico.
Además, para establecer la correlación entre las dos variables y la contrastación de las
hipótesis se utilizó la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman, cuyo coeficiente de correlación
fue de 0.583, entre la gestión educativa y el rendimiento académico.
Por tanto, se concluyó que existe relación entre la gestión educativa y el rendimiento
académico en estudiantes de cuarto grado de secundaria de la I.E. Rafael Narváez Cadenillas,
Trujillo, 2022.
The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Educational Management and academic performance in fourth grade students of I.E. Rafael Narváez Cadenillas de Trujillo Educational Institution. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, with a basic type study and a nonexperimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The technique used was the survey and the use of two questionnaires was considered as a means of data collection. One, to evaluate educational management and another, to measure academic performance. 25 students from the fourth grade of high school were considered as a study sample. The results analyzed indicate that students permanently carry out educational management activities that are designed by their teachers. In addition, they responded favorably on their appropriate condition of academic performance. In addition, to establish the correlation between the two variables and the contrasting of the hypotheses, the Spearman's Rho statistical test was used, whose correlation coefficient was 0.583, between educational management and academic performance. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a relationship between educational management and academic performance in fourth grade students of I.E.
