Funcionamiento familiar y riesgo de embarazo en adolescentes

| dc.description | The present research study of quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross sectional type was carried out in Virgen Del Carmen Educational Institution, El Porvenir District with the objective of determining the relationship between the level of family functioning and the risk of pregnancy in teenagers. The sample consisted of 92 teenage women. Two evaluation scales designed according to the research objectives were used as a data collection instrument. The analysis of the relationship between the variables was carried out using the correlational statistical test Tau B of Kendall. The results found were: of the 47 adolescents who presented a medium risk of pregnancy, 78 percent had medium family functioning, 11 percent had high family and another 11 percent had a low family functioning. Likewise, of the 30 adolescents who presented a high risk of pregnancy, 87 percent had a low family functioning and of the 13 percent had a medium family functioning and15 adolescents who presented a low risk of pregnancy, 80 percent had a high family functioning and 20 percent had medium family functioning. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship (p = 0.000) between family functioning and the risk of adolescent pregnancy. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de investigación de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional y de corte transversal, se realizó en la Institución Educativa Virgen Del Carmen, Distrito El Porvenir, con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de funcionamiento familiar y el riesgo de embarazo en adolescentes. La muestra estuvo conformada por 92 adolescentes de sexo femenino. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de datos dos escalas de valoración diseñadas de acuerdo con los objetivos de la investigación. El análisis de relación entre las variables se realizó mediante la prueba estadística correlacional Tau B de Kendall. Los resultados encontrados fueron: de las 47 adolescentes que presentaron mediano riesgo de embarazo, el 78 por ciento tuvo un funcionamiento familiar medio, el 11 por ciento un funcionamiento familiar alto y el otro 11 por ciento un funcionamiento familiar bajo. Asimismo, de las 30 adolescentes que presentaron alto riesgo de embarazo, el 87 por ciento tuvo bajo funcionamiento familiar y el 13 por ciento funcionamiento familiar medio y de las 15 adolescentes que presentaron bajo riesgo de embarazo, el 80 por ciento tuvo un funcionamiento familiar alto y el 20 por ciento un funcionamiento familiar medio. Por lo que se concluyó que existe relación estadísticamente significativa (p= 0,000) entre el funcionamiento familiar y el riesgo de embarazo adolescente. | es_PE |
