dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es descriptivo, de corte transversal y retrospectivo el cual tuvo como objetivo determinar el consumo de antibióticos endovenosos usados en el área de farmacia de hospitalización del Hospital Víctor lazarte Echegaray – Essalud del mes de marzo -diciembre 2019. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por los registros diarios de pacientes hospitalizados con prescripción de antibióticos del grupo cefalosporinas que tienen mayor rotación y atendidos en la farmacia de hospitalización , se tomaron los datos del consumo de los sistemas de cobertura de medicamentos del Hospital Víctor lazarte Echegaray, los cuales fueron procesados y analizados en una hoja Excel respectivamente y se determinó que el antibiótico de mayor rotación es la ceftriaxona de 1 g en forma de sal sódica con un 25,57% en pacientes hospitalizados, el fármaco de mayor dispensación por grupo farmacológico fue la clindamicina como fosfato con un 32,89%,el consumo mensual del antibiótico endovenoso fue la ceftriaxona, el antibiótico de mayor rotación de I generación fue la cefazolina durante los meses de marzo y setiembre y el antibiótico de mayor rotación de III generación fue la ceftriaxona durante el mes de setiembre y el menor rotación es la cefotaxima en diciembre.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The present work is descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective which aimed to determine the consumption of intravenous antibiotics used in the hospitalization pharmacy area of the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – Essalud hospital of the month of March -December 2019. The sample universe was constituted by the daily records of hospitalized patients with antibiotic prescription of the cephalosporin group that have greater rotation and attended in the hospitalization pharmacy, the consumption data of the drug coverage systems of the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray hospital , which were processed and analyzed in an Excel sheet respectively and it was determined that the antibiotic with the highest turnover is ceftriaxone of 1 g in the form of sodium salt with 25.57% in hospitalized patients, the drug with the highest dispensation by pharmacological group was clindamycin as phosphate with 32.89%, the monthly consumption of the intravenous antibiotic was ceftriaxone, the antibiotic with the highest rotation of the I generation was cefazolin during the months of March and September and the antibiotic with the highest rotation of the III generation was cefazolin. ceftriaxone during the month of September and the lowest rotation is cefotaxime in December.
