dc.descriptionThe mining industry is an one more complex belonging to them, considering that the raw materials that enter its process are of ample diversity, therefore the residues that come out of this also are it. The handling of his residues would not be possible, according to the normative present-day frame, if not lean of instruments of step like Integral's Plan of Manejo of Residuos Solid ( PIMRS ), which contains strategies, actions, objectives, resources and chronograms that they do that an organization be efficient and environmentally responsible. The PIMRS is a tool of indispensable step for the organizations, because it allows ordering and projecting his activities, of form such that the adverse impacts decrease to the environment, resources optimize themselves, gets a healthier environment and a better cohabitation with the communities of the surroundings. Present it investigation consists of 02 phases: The first constitutes the diagnosis and characterization of the residues, second phase is constituted for the strategies to execute m in each of the stages of the handling of solid residues in order to guarantee the optimal handling of the solid residues.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa industria minera es una de las más complejas, teniendo en cuenta que los insumos que ingresan a su proceso son de amplia diversidad, por tanto los residuos que salen de éste también lo son. El manejo de sus residuos no sería posible, de acuerdo al marco normativo actual, si no se apoyaran de instrumentos de gestión como el Plan de Integral de Manejo de Residuos Sólidos (PIMRS), el cual contiene las estrategias, acciones, objetivos, recursos y cronogramas que hacen que una organización sea eficiente y ambientalmente responsable. El PIMRS es una herramienta de gestión indispensable para las organizaciones, pues permite ordenar y proyectar sus actividades, de forma tal que disminuyan los impactos adversos al ambiente, se optimizan recursos, se logra un ambiente más saludable y una mejor convivencia con las comunidades del entorno. La presente investigación consta de 02 fases: La primera constituye el diagnóstico y caracterización de los residuos, la segunda fase está constituida por las estrategias a ejecutarse en cada una de las etapas del manejo de residuos sólidos a fin de garantizar el manejo óptimo de los residuos sólidos.es_PE
