Abstract
RESUMEN
La investigación tiene como propósito Gestión de Mantenimiento y su Influencia en el Índice de Accidentabilidad en una Planta Concentradora de Cobre, 2016-2018, fue realizada en el área de mantenimiento del Proyecto Toromocho, localizada en el distrito de Morococha, provincia de Yauli, departamento de Junín, la cual estuvo conformada por 890 trabajadores (incluido servicio de terceros).Las técnicas empleadas fueron la observación directa (permitió identificar los peligros y riesgos presentes) y la revisión documentaria (servirá para identificar los incidentes y accidentes ocurridos) y los instrumentos empleados fueron la Lista de Verificación de Lineamientos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (Decreto Supremo N° 005-2012-TR) y los índices que conforman la estadística de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (DS Nº 024-2016-EM). El diagnóstico del sistema de gestión seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el área de mantenimiento evidencia que se encuentran en una calificación de BUENO, con un valor de 90.08% para el 2018. Se determinó la gestión de mantenimiento en la planta concentradora de cobre 2016 – 2018 tuvieron valores promedio de 1.1; 1.6 y 2.4 respectivamente, los valores de la estadística de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, evidenciaron la tendencia disminuir y crecer en productividad sin pérdidas humanas para los años 2016 al 2018, Los principales controles operacionales de seguridad y salud ocupacional que influyen en la gestión de mantenimiento fueron: Programa de Liderazgo Visible, Realizar investigación de accidentes – incidentes ocurridos, Cumplir con planes de acción por accidentes – incidentes, Realizar la homologación de proveedores para mantenimiento, Cumplir con el plan de capacitación y entrenamiento, Realizar inspecciones planeadas y no planeadas, entre otros que complementan el fortalecimiento de la cultura preventiva. Se determinó el comportamiento del índice de accidentabilidad con respecto al UP TIME, mostrándose que una relación inversamente proporcional, mientras la accidentabilidad disminuye, la productividad incrementa significativamente y la relación de los indicadores, índice de accidentabilidad con UP Time, bajo un modelo regresión polinómica presentaron una correlación de 1.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the research is Maintenance Management and its Influence on the Accident Rate Index in a Copper Concentrator Plant, 2016-2018, was carried out in the maintenance area of the Toromocho Project, located in the district of Morococha, province of Yauli, department de Junín, which was made up of 890 workers (including third-party service). The techniques used were direct observation (allowed to identify the present dangers and risks) and the documentary review (it will serve to identify the incidents and accidents that occurred) and the instruments used were the Checklist of Guidelines of the Safety and Health Management System in the Work (Supreme Decree N ° 005-2012-TR) and the indices that make up the occupational safety and health statistics (DS Nº 024-2016-EM). The diagnosis of the occupational health and safety management system for the maintenance area shows that they are in a GOOD rating, with a value of 90.08% for 2018.
