dc.descriptionThis quantitative research study, of correlational descriptive type, was performed in mothers with preterm infants hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, in order to determine the relationship between maternal stress level and attachment bond. The data collection was done through the application of two instruments: Stress Level Scale and Attachment Matching List. The information obtained was processed in statistical tables and graphs according to the objectives. The analysis of the relationship of the variables under study was performed using the Gamma statistical test. The following results were found: the 87.5% of the mothers had a high stress level and 12.5% had a low stress level. Regarding the bond of attachment, 75% had an acceptable attachment bond, while 22.5% had a deteriorated bond attachment and 2.5% had an optimal bond attachment. There is a significant statistical relationship between both variables. (p= 0,049)es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de investigación cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, se realizó en madres con hijos prematuros hospitalizados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre nivel de estrés materno y vinculo de apego. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante la aplicación de dos instrumentos: Escala del Nivel de Estrés y Lista de cotejo de Vínculo de Apego. La información obtenida fue procesada en tablas y gráficos estadísticos de acuerdo a los objetivos propuestos. El análisis de la relación de las variables en estudio, se realizó mediante la prueba estadística Gamma. Se encontró los siguientes resultados: el 87.5% de las madres presentó un nivel de estrés alto y el 12.5% nivel de estrés bajo. Respecto al vínculo de apego, un 75% presentó vinculo de apego aceptable, mientras que un 22.5% presentó Vinculo de apego deteriorado y 2.5% presentó un vínculo de apego óptimo. Existe relación estadística significativa entre ambas variables. (p= 0,049)es_PE
