Factores estresantes y estrés en madres COVID de prematuros hospitalizados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo no experimental, transversal, descriptivo – correlacional aplicado en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, cuyo objetivo ha sido determinar la relación entre los factores estresantes y el nivel de estrés de las madres COVID de prematuros hospitalizados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales. El universo estuvo constituido por 63 madres COVID, se utilizó 2 instrumentos para la recolección de datos: escala de medición de los estresores y la segunda de medición de medición del nivel de estrés. La información obtenida fue tabulada y organizada en tablas estadísticas simples y de doble entrada. El análisis de la relación de las variables en investigación, se hizo a través de la prueba de independencia de Criterios (Chi cuadrado), llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: Respecto a los factores estresantes: El estresor ambiente de hospitalización manifestó 71% el máximo nivel y el 29% el mínimo nivel; el estresor tratamiento aplicado al prematuro expresó 76% el máximo nivel y el 24% el mínimo nivel, y el estresor comunicación con el personal de salud evidenció 60% el máximo nivel y el 40% el mínimo nivel, determinándose que existe significativa relación (p< 0,05) de los fatores estresantes: ambiente, tratamientos aplicados al prematuro y comunicación del personal de salud con el estrés de las madres COVID de prematuros internados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo; referente al nivel estrés, se evidenció un predominante estrés alto con 57%, seguido de un 38% estrés medio y un mínimo estrés bajo con 5%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work is non-experimental, transversal, descriptive - correlational applied in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, whose objective has been to determine the relationship between stressors and the stress level of mothers COVID of premature babies hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The universe consisted of 63 covid mothers, 2 instruments were used for data collection: a scale for measuring stressors and the second for measuring the level of stress. The information obtained was tabulated and organized in simple and double-entry statistical tables. The analysis of the relationship of the variables under investigation was done through the Criteria independence test (Chi square), reaching the following conclusions: Regarding the stressors: The hospitalization environment stressor showed 71% the maximum level and 29% the minimum level; The stressor treatment applied to the premature infant expressed 76% the maximum level and 24% the minimum level, and the stressor communication with health personnel showed 60% the maximum level and 40% the minimum level, determining that there is a significant relationship (p < 0.05) of the stressors: environment, treatments applied to premature babies and communication of health personnel with the stress of covid mothers of premature babies admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo; Regarding the stress level, a predominant high stress was evident with 57%, followed by a medium stress of 38% and a minimum low stress with 5%. | |
