dc.descriptionThe present research work: "IMPACT OF POLICY IN CASH COLLECTION OF TRANSPORT COMPANY TRANSPESA SAC " aims to raise awareness of how policy influences Collection in the company. In the development of this research used the descriptive method because the data were obtained by direct observation, as well as collects, selects and consolidates information. On the other hand, we also interviewed the head of the area of Finance, which is directly related to the research topic. The main objective of the study is to analyze the impact of policy on liquidity collections company Transpesa SAC Transport and describe the different policies that can be used for collection management. The conclusion I have reached is that the collection policies have not been implemented efficiently, as they have been unfavorable for obtaining liquidity of the company, so that the management of collections is not controlled or monitored, so which leads to not having timely information for decision making. dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación: “INCIDENCIA DE LA POLÍTICA DE COBRANZAS EN LA LIQUIDEZ DE LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE TRANSPESA S.A.C.” tiene como propósito dar a conocer de qué manera influye las políticas de Cobranza en dicha empresa. En el desarrollo de la presente investigación se empleó el método descriptivo ya que los datos se han obtenido por observación directa, además porque recopila, selecciona y consolida la información. Por otro lado, también se realizado una entrevista al responsable del área de Finanzas, quien está relacionado directamente con el tema a investigar. El objetivo principal del estudio es analizar la incidencia de la política de cobranzas en la liquidez de la empresa de Transporte Transpesa S.A.C., así como describir las diferentes Políticas que se pueden emplear para la gestión de cobranzas. La conclusión a la que he llegado es que la políticas de cobranzas no se han aplicado de manera eficiente, ya que han sido desfavorables para la obtención de liquidez de la empresa, así también que la gestión de cobranzas no ha sido controlada o monitoreada, lo cual conlleva a no tener información oportuna para la toma de decisiones.es_ES
