Abstract
El siguiente informe de prácticas pre-profesionales detalla las actividades desarrolladas en el área de investigación y docencia en la catedra de bromatología y nutrición de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo durante el siguiente periodo Noviembre 2021- Abril 2022 en la cual se efectuó la elaboración de artículos científicos “Evaluación biológica de una mezcla de semillas extrusionadas de Lupinus mutabilis y Hordeum vulgare” y el segundo sobre el tema “Determinación de caracteres organolépticos fitonutrientes de diferentes frutas del norte del Perú” con la inspección del Dr. José Gavidia Valencia.Mediante el uso de material bibliográfico como libros, revistas y tesis que se encuentran en el repositorio de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, así mismo también el uso de base de datos Scopus Preview. En los resultados se observa que se cumplió con todas las actividades programadas durante los periodos mencionados de las practicas pre- profesionales. Finalmente se completa la elaboración de dichos trabajos de investigación son muy importantes ya que se logra comparar y compartir dicha información con la sociedad sobre ciertos temas de interés relevante en este caso la bromatología y nutrición, así mismo permitió adquirir la experiencia necesaria para poner en práctica los conocimientos obtenidos durante la vida universitaria y desarrollarme como Químico Farmacéutico de Calidad.
ABSTRACT The following report of pre-professional practices details the activities developed in the area of research and teaching in the chair of bromatology and nutrition of the National University of Trujillo during the following period November 2021- April 2022 in which the elaboration of scientific articles "Biological evaluation of a mixture of extruded seeds of Lupinus mutabilis and Hordeum vulgare" and the second on the topic "Determination of organoleptic characters phytonutrients of different fruits of northern Peru" with the inspection of Dr. Jose Gavidia Valencia was carried out with the inspection of Dr. José Gavidia Valencia. Through the use of bibliographic material such as books, journals and theses found in the repository of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the National University of Trujillo, as well as the use of the Scopus Preview database. The results show that all the programmed activities were completed during the aforementioned periods of the pre- professional internships. Finally, the elaboration of these research works are very important since it is possible to compare and share this information with society on certain topics of relevant interest in this case bromatology and nutrition, as well as to acquire the necessary experience to put into practice the knowledge obtained during university life and to develop as a Quality Pharmaceutical Chemist.
