dc.descriptionThe present report is a cross-sectional, retrospective and descriptive study whose objective was to determine the characteristics of antihypertensive drug consumption in a pharmaceutical establishment in Piura, province of Piura, department of Piura, in which the pre-professional practices were carried out. , during the aforementioned period. The determination of the study is based on the data provided by the inkaventas system, which allows to observe and obtain information of the different brands with greater degree of dispensation and commercialization that exist in the Peruvian market. The methodology used was through the number of daily doses defined per thousand inhabitants and day (DHD). Data from the dispensed units of enalapril, captopril, losartan, hydrochlorothiazide and their commercial equivalents, and their commercial equivalents (Hipersol, Melatil, Sarlotas, Diurace) during the January - December 2016 period, resulting in the highest consumption month, were considered. in the month of August with S /. 1603 being enalapril the one with the highest annual consumption with 3174 units. The highest consumption of captopril (number of DDD / 1000 inhabitants / day = 5.98) stands out with respect to all other antihypertensive drugs. December is the month with the highest DHD numberes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente informe es un estudio transversal, retrospectivo y descriptivo que tuvo como objetivo determinar las características del consumo de antihipertensivos en un establecimiento farmacéutico de Piura, provincia de Piura del departamento de Piura, en la cual se llevó acabo la realización de las prácticas pre profesionales, durante el periodo ya mencionado. La determinación de estudio está basada en los datos proporcionados por el sistema inkaventas, que permite observar y obtener información de las diferentes marcas con mayor grado de dispensación y comercialización que existen en el mercado peruano. La metodología utilizada fue a través del número de dosis diaria definida por mil habitantes y día (DHD). Se consideró datos de las unidades dispensadas de enalapril, captopril, losartan, hidroclorotiazida y sus equivalentes comerciales, y sus equivalentes comerciales (Hipersol, Melatil, Sarlotas, Diurace) durante el periodo enero – diciembre 2016 obteniendo como resultado el mes de mayor consumo se dio en el mes de agosto con S/. 1603 siendo el enalapril el de mayor consumo anual con 3174 unidades, Se destaca el mayor consumo de captopril (número de DDD/1000 habitantes/día=5.98) con respecto a todos los demás antihipertensivos siendo el mes de diciembre el de mayor numero de DHD.es_PE
