| dc.description.abstract | El estudio se centró en analizar la influencia del soporte familiar en el tratamiento de pacientes del programa de tuberculosis del Hospital Tomás Lafora de Guadalupe en 2023, con una muestra de 10 pacientes. Se empleó un enfoque mixto, privilegiando datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, de tipo descriptiva-correlacional. Y métodos deductivo-inductivo, analítico-sintético y etnográficos para obtener una visión completa de la temática. Los resultados sugieren que la mayoría de los pacientes perciben apertura en la comunicación con sus redes de apoyo, lo que indica un entorno propicio para el respaldo emocional y material. Asimismo, un porcentaje significativo de pacientes experimenta respaldo inmediato en caso de agravamiento de su enfermedad, resaltando la importancia del apoyo cercano durante el tratamiento. En conclusión, el soporte familiar tiene un impacto positivo en el tratamiento de la tuberculosis en los pacientes del Hospital Tomás Lafora de Guadalupe, manifestado en la percepción favorable de los mismos sobre la comunicación y la adherencia al tratamiento | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The study focused on analyzing the influence of family support on the treatment of patients in the tuberculosis program at the Tomás Lafora Hospital in Guadalupe in 2023, with a sample of 10 patients. A mixed approach was used, favoring quantitative and qualitative data, of a descriptive-correlational type. And deductive-inductive, analytical-synthetic and ethnographic methods to obtain a complete vision of the subject. The results suggest that the majority of patients perceive openness in communication with their support networks, which indicates an environment conducive to emotional and material support. Likewise, a significant percentage of patients experience immediate support in the event of worsening of their illness, highlighting the importance of close support during treatment. In conclusion, family support has a positive impact on the treatment of tuberculosis in patients at the Tomás Lafora Hospital in Guadalupe, manifested in their favorable perception of communication and adherence to treatment | |
