The research design it is of transactional type, Grounds, of cross section using a representative sample of 333 clients who evaluated the quality of attention to the client offered by the personnel of the HARDWARE STORE SOLANO EIRL So it was work a sample population 10 worker to determine the factors that influence the customer support. The used instrument was the questionnaire applied to both samples. Between the results mas relevant It is found that the attention to the client in the area of despatch Between regular and bad and the factor that influences in the result It is the lack of training focused on the client By means of the investigation one proposes a protocol of attention to the client who will allow the company to increase his sales and the loyalty of his clients.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de determinar la atención al cliente y su influencia en el nivel de ventas en la FERRETERIA SOLANO EIRL en el primer semestre del 2016 del Distrito de Trujillo. El enunciado del problema fue: ¿ Cómo influye la atención al cliente en el nivel de ventas de la” FERRETERÍA SOLANO EIRL” en el primer Semestre del 2016 en la ciudad de Trujillo? Y cuya hipótesis fue: La atención al cliente influye de manera significativa en el nivel de ventas de la FERRETERÍA SOLANO EIRL en el primer semestre del 2016 del Distrito de Trujillo. Se utilizó el diseño de investigación de tipo transaccional; causal, de corte transversal, utilizando una muestra representativa de 333 clientes quienes evaluaron la calidad de atención al cliente brindado por el personal de la FERRETERIA SOLANO EIRL Así mismo se trabajó con una población muestral de 10 trabajadores para determinar los factores que influyen en la atención del cliente. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario aplicado a ambas muestras. Entre los resultados más relevantes se establece que la atención al cliente en el área de despacho esta entre regular y mala y el factor que influye en dicho resultados es la falta de capacitación orientada al cliente por lo que mediante la presente investigación se está proponiendo un protocolo de atención al cliente que permitirá a la empresa incrementar sus ventas y por ende la fidelización de sus cliente.es_ES
