Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como título “Eficiencia del programa Qali Warma y satisfacción de los usuarios de la Institución Educativa Nº 81032 La Integrada – Guadalupe 2020”, cuyo propósito fue explicar el tipo de relación que tiene la eficiencia con la satisfacción de los usuarios respecto al Programa Qali Warma. Se aplicó un diseño correlacional, mixto y etnográfico; las técnicas que se emplearon para la recolección de los datos son la encuesta y la entrevista; los métodos que se usaron son el etnográfico, el estadístico, el deductivo e inductivo. La muestra de población es de 225 usuarios que están dentro del programa Qali Warma de la Institución Educativa N° 81032 La Integrada y la cantidad de 20 profesores, previo a ello se realizó la prueba piloto para medir la confiabilidad, cual se obtuvo un índice Alfa de Cronbach de α = 0.883 (α > 0.70). Con los resultados conseguidos se puede conocer que la eficiencia del programa Qali Warma se relaciona de manera directa y significativa en la satisfacción de los usuarios, basándose en la calidad del servicio, en el uso racional de recursos, en las expectativas de los usuarios y en la valoración del servicio.
ABSTRACT The title of this research is "Efficiency of the Qali Warma program and satisfaction of users of Educational Institution No. 81032 La Integrated - Guadalupe 2020", the purpose of which was to explain the type of relationship between efficiency and user satisfaction with respect to the Qali Warma program. A correlational, mixed and ethnographic design was applied; The techniques used to collect the data are the survey and the interview; the methods used are ethnographic, statistical, deductive and inductive. The population sample is 225 users who are within the Qali Warma program of the Educational Institution N ° 81032 La Integrated and the number of 20 teachers, prior to that, the pilot test was carried out to measure reliability, which obtained an Alpha index Cronbach's α = 0.883 (α> 0.70). With the results obtained, it is possible to know that the efficiency of the Qali Warma program is directly and significantly related to user satisfaction, based on the quality of the service, the rational use of resources, the expectations of the users and the the evaluation of the service.
