Habilidades gerenciales y su relación con la gestión administrativa en la empresa Sermep de la ciudad de Trujillo 2024

Abstract
La investigación tuvo por objetivo general determinar la relación entre las habilidades y la gestión administrativa en la empresa SERMEP SA de la ciudad de Trujillo 2024. La investigación se ubica en el enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo aplicada y de corte transversal, diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 colaboradores; la técnica es la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados indicaron que el 38% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de las habilidades gerenciales en la empresa SERMEP SA es bajo, el 36% indicaron que es regular y el 26% indicaron que es alto. Por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. El 42% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la gestión administrativa en la empresa SERMEP SA es regular, el 36% indicaron que es bajo y el 22% indicaron que es alto. Por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. Se determinó que el valor de Rho Spearman de 0.964 y el valor de significancia es 0.000 siendo menor que 0.05 por lo tanto, se concluye que las habilidades gerenciales se relacionan positiva y significativamente con la gestión administrativa en la empresa SERMEP SA Trujillo 2024.
The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between skills and administrative management in the company SERMEP SA in the city of Trujillo 2024. The research is based on the quantitative approach, it is applied and cross-sectional, non-experimental design and descriptive correlational scope. The sample consisted of 50 collaborators; the technique is the survey and the instrument is the questionnaire. The results indicated that 38% of the collaborators indicated that the level of managerial skills in the company SERMEP SA is low, 36% indicated that it is regular and 26% indicated that it is high. Therefore, the level is regular. 42% of the collaborators indicated that the level of administrative management in the company SERMEP SA is regular, 36% indicated that it is low and 22% indicated that it is high. Therefore, the level is regular. The Spearman Rho value was determined to be 0.964 and the significance value is 0.000 being less than 0.05, therefore, it is concluded that managerial skills are positively and significantly related to administrative management in the company SERMEP SA Trujillo 2024.
