| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la influencia de la comunicación en las relaciones interpersonales de las socias del vaso de leche Manuel Seoane, Vista Alegre. Por lo tanto, esta investigación tiene como objetivos específicos identificar como se presenta la comunicación y describir como se presenta las relaciones interpersonales. Para tal fin, la investigación contó con una muestra conformada por las 30 socias mujeres del vaso de leche Manuel Seoane del sector de Vista Alegre y se emplearon los métodos inductivo-deductivo, analítico sintético y estadístico. Asimismo, se aplicaron las técnicas de entrevista y encuesta; así como los instrumentos de guía de entrevista, registro de entrevista, cuestionario, con el fin de obtener los datos cuantitativos y cualitativos para analizar las variables. Luego de realizar el análisis, se concluyó que la comunicación a influenciado en las relaciones interpersonales de forma negativa en las socias del vaso de leche Manuel Seoane del sector de Vista Alegre, evidenciándose en su escasa participación, desinterés en las actividades, escasa iniciativa, inadecuadas tomas de decisiones | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the objective of analyzing the influence of communication on the interpersonal relationships of the members of the Manuel Seoane glass of milk, Vista Alegre. Therefore, this research has as specific objectives to identify how communication is presented and describe how interpersonal relationships are presented. For this purpose, the research had a sample made up only of the 30 female members of the Manuel Seoane milk glass from the Vista Alegre sector and the inductive-deductive, synthetic analytical and statistical methods were used. Likewise, interview and survey techniques were applied; as well as the interview guide instruments, interview record, questionnaire, in order to obtain quantitative and qualitative data to analyze the variables. After carrying out the analysis, it was concluded that communication has negatively influenced interpersonal relationships in the members of the Manuel Seoane glass of milk from the Vista Alegre sector, evidencing their low participation, lack of interest in activities, little initiative, inadequate decision making. | |
