dc.descriptionThe objective of this research work is to implement an expert system for the diagnosis of malnutrition in infants under five years of age, using the fuzzy logic for the quantification of variables (symptoms) which can not be parameterized._x000D_ The project consists of three stages, the first is in the conceptualization and design of the inference engine supported by an expert from the Qali Warmi social program located in the city from which he laid the main facts (knowledge of child malnutrition). The second stage is the development of a software that reflects the entire inference engine design accompanied by a graphical user interface, so that the tool created serves a more open to users. The third and final stage involves the entire process of implementation of the software developed, applying to infants under 5 years of the Ascope district._x000D_ Whose accurate diagnostic results exceeded the acceptance by medical experts and thus achieving the objective of developing an expert system focused on child malnutritiones_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo la implementación de un sistema experto para el diagnóstico de desnutrición en infantes menores de cinco años, utilizando la lógica difusa para la cuantificación de variables (síntomas) que no se pueden parametrizar._x000D_ El proyecto consta de tres etapas, la primera es en la conceptualización y diseño del motor de inferencia apoyados por expertos del programa Qali Warmi situado en la ciudad de quien sentó las principales hechos (conocimientos en desnutrición infantil). La segunda etapa consiste en el desarrollo del software que plasme todo el motor de inferencia acompañado de una interfaz gráfica de usuario, con el fin de que la herramienta creada sirva de una manera más abierta a los usuarios. La tercera etapa consiste en puesta en marcha del software, aplicándolo a los infantes menores de 5 años del distrito de Ascope._x000D_ Cuyos resultados de diagnóstico certeros superaron la aceptación por parte de los expertos médicos y lográndose así el objetivo del desarrollo de un sistema experto focalizado en desnutrición infantiles_PE
