Abstract
liderazgo que tienen las socias, para liderar la organización social del programa vaso de leche Señora Fátima ubicado en Alto Trujillo, 2021. El estudio se basó en la investigación aplicada de naturaleza descriptiva. Fundamentado en la metodología cuantitativa con procedimientos deductivos, etnográficos y estadísticos, instrumentalizado mediante las técnicas de observación, test y la encuesta. Para ello, la población muestral fue de 30 personas de la organización social, entre ellas 23 socias registradas en un padrón y 7 ayudantes. De acuerdo con los resultados, muestra que el predominio de los ejercicios de liderazgo son el carismático y el democrático que tienen las dirigentes, siendo así el primero de estos caracterizado por existir un vínculo entre el líder y sus seguidores, generando compromiso, respeto y confianza por parte de los miembros del grupo hacia el líder, mientras que el segundo, se caracteriza porque cada decisión es discutida y tomada por el grupo bajo la dirección de la líder. Es así, que se evidencia la clara posición de dos ejercicios de liderazgo en la organización social de base que tienen las dirigentes, esto conlleva a una mejor organización del programa vaso de leche y así demostrar que todas las socias son importantes en el proceso de toda actividad.
ABSTRACT The present investigation, was carried out in order to describe the leadership actions that the leaders have, to lead the social organization of the Lady Fátima program based in Alto Trujillo, 2021. The study was based on applied research of a descriptive nature. Based on the quantitative methodology, with deductive, ethnographic and statistical procedures, instrumentalized by observation, test and survey techniques. For this, the sample population was 30 members, including 23 members registered in a registry and 7 assistants. According to the results, it shows that the predominance of leadership styles is the charismatic and democratic leaders have, thus being the first of these characterized by a link between the leader and his followers, generating commitment, respect and confidence on the part of the group members towards the leader, while the second style of leadership is characterized because, each decision is discussed and taken by the group under the assistance of the leader. Thus, the clear position of two leadership exercises in the grassroots social organization is evident, which the leaders have, this leads to a better organization of the glass of milk program and thus demonstrate that all the members are important in the process of all activity.
