| dc.description.abstract | Se presenta el estudio en el cual la púrpura trombocitopénica inmunitaria primaria en niños es un trastorno hematológico autoinmune, que de aparición aguda se presenta semanas después de una enfermedad viral o bacteriana, por otro lado, otra condición frecuente es la atopía en sus diferentes formas como: Rinitis alérgica, dermatitis atópica, asma bronquial, por lo que se requiere evaluar el grado de causalidad entre atopía y PTI, para lo cual se solicitará la autorización previa de las autoridades del Hospital Belén de Trujillo con el fin de obtener acceso a las historias clínicas de las cuales se recolectará la información de los pacientes que cumplen con los criterios de inclusión y se llenarán las fichas de recolección de datos, de los cuales se hará un análisis estadístico tanto descriptivo como inferencial, se aplicará tanto chi cuadrado como t student para variables cualitativas como cuantitativas, un valor de p < 0.05 será considerado significativo, un análisis de regresión logística será realizado para identificar si la atopía es un factor independiente para PTI, además OR con intervalo de confianza de 95%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The study is presented in which primary immune thrombocytopenic purpura in children is an autoimmune hematological disorder, which appears acutely weeks after a viral or bacterial disease, on the other hand, another frequent condition is atopy in its different forms such as: allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma, so it is required to evaluate the degree of causality between atopy and PTI, for which prior authorization will be requested from the authorities of the Belén de Trujillo Hospital in order to obtain access to the clinical histories from which information will be collected from patients who meet the inclusion criteria and the data collection forms will be filled out, from which a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis will be made, both chi square and t student will be applied for qualitative and quantitative variables, a p value < 0.05 will be considered significant, a logistic regression analysis will be performed to identify if atopy is an independent factor for PTI, also OR with 95% confidence interval. | |
