| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera el Programa de Justicia Juvenil Restaurativa influye en la resocialización del adolescente infractor en el Distrito Fiscal de San Martín, sede Alto Amazonas, 2019-2020. La investigación fue básica y el diseño descriptivo correlacional, el tamaño de la muestra fue de 38 casos ingresados en la Fiscalía de Familia del Distrito Fiscal de San Martín, sede Alto Amazonas, 2019-2020 y los instrumentos empleados fueron el cuestionario y la guía de registro de datos. Entre los resultados más importante se tiene que el Programa de justicia juvenil restaurativa contribuyó en la resocialización de adolescentes infractores, en un nuevo paradigma que lo internaliza y dinamiza como un nuevo mecanismo de solución de conflictos y se basa en el reconocimiento de la falta cometida y la reparación del daño a la víctima. Asimismo, el Programa de justicia juvenil restaurativa ha coadyuvado en el aumento progresivo de la resocialización de adolescentes infractores, debido a la implementación de un servicio de atención bajo un enfoque de derechos humanizante y una visión restaurativa. Por lo que se concluye que el programa de justicia juvenil restaurativa influye de manera eficiente en la resocialización del adolescente infractor en el Distrito Fiscal de San Martín, sede de Alto Amazonas, 2019-2020; al reducir la reincidencia y permitir su reinserción social. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work aims to determine how the Restorative Juvenile Justice Program influences the resocialization of the adolescent offender in the San Martín Fiscal District, Alto Amazonas headquarters, 2019-2020. The research was basic and the correlational descriptive design, the sample size was 38 cases admitted to the Family Prosecutor's Office of the San Martín Fiscal District, Alto Amazonas headquarters, 2019-2020 and the instruments used were the questionnaire and the guide for data register. Among the most important results is that the Restorative Juvenile Justice Program contributed to the re-socialization of adolescent offenders, in a new paradigm that internalizes and invigorates it as a new conflict resolution mechanism and is based on the recognition of the fault committed and reparation of the damage to the victim. Likewise, the Restorative Juvenile Justice Program has contributed to the progressive increase in the resocialization of adolescent offenders, due to the implementation of a care service under a humanizing rights approach and a restorative vision. Therefore, it is concluded that the restorative juvenile justice program efficiently influences the re-socialization of the offender adolescent in the San Martín Fiscal District, Alto Amazonas headquarters, 2019-2020; by reducing recidivism and allowing their social reintegration. | |
