dc.description.abstractEl propósito principal fue establecer la conexión entre la cultura medioambiental y la disposición ecológica de los profesores en la Institución Educativa Nº 00491 "Martín Fulgencio Elorza Legaristi" de Moyobamba. La población de estudio incluyó a un total de 36 docentes. Se tomó una muestra de 24 docentes que fueron seleccionados mediante un método de muestreo no aleatorio. Se emplearon dos cuestionarios como herramientas de evaluación: uno diseñado para evaluar la cultura ambiental y otro para medir la actitud ecológica. Después de administrar los cuestionarios a los docentes que formaron parte de la muestra de estudio, se evidenció que la cultura ambiental se encuentra en un nivel medio, mientras que la actitud ecológica está en un nivel bajo. Al aplicar el Coeficiente de Correlación por Rangos de Spearman, se determinó que existe una correlación positiva indirecta entre la cultura ambiental y la actitud ecológica en los docentes de la institución educativa. Sin embargo, al realizar la prueba de significancia t de Student, se llegó a la conclusión de que la correlación entre la cultura ambiental y la actitud ecológica no es estadísticamente significativa, lo que sugiere que no están relacionadas de manera causal.
dc.description.abstractThe general objective was to determine the relationship between the environmental culture and the ecological attitude in the teachers of the Educational Institution "Martín Fulgencio Elorza Legaristi" of Moyobamba. The population consisted of 36 teachers. We worked with a sample of 24 appointed teachers, selected by a non-probabilistic sampling. As measurement instruments, 02 questionnaires were applied: One to measure the environmental culture and the other to measure the ecological attitude. After applying the questionnaires to the teachers who made up the study sample, it was shown that the level of environmental culture is medium and the level of ecological attitude is low. By applying the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient, it was determined that there is an indirect positive correlation between the environmental culture and the ecological attitude in the teachers of the educational institution and after applying the t-students significance test, it was concluded that the correlation between the environmental culture and the ecological attitude is not significant, therefore, they are independent, they are not in a cause-effect relationship.
