Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el invernadero de la Escuela Profesional de Agronomía de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, distrito de Trujillo, provincia Trujillo, Región La Libertad, para demostrar el efecto de la inoculación de bacterias promotoras del crecimiento en plántulas de Medicago sativa L. var. Criolla. Las bacterias promotoras del crecimiento vegetal son microorganismos que habitan en el interior de los tejidos vegetales, tienen el potencial de promover el crecimiento y desarrollo de los cultivos, incrementan sus rendimientos y desempeñan un papel importante en la agricultura sostenible. Se encontró que todas las bacterias en estudio aumentan el diámetro del cuello de la plántula, pero no afectan la altura de planta, el número de ramas, o el peso fresco y seco aéreo y radicular.

The present research work was carried out in the greenhouse of the Professional School of Agronomy of the National University of Trujillo, district of Trujillo, Trujillo province, La Libertad Region, to demonstrate the effect of the inoculation of growth-promoting bacteria in Medicago seedlings sativa L. var. Creole The bacteria that promote plant growth are microorganisms that inhabit the interior of plant tissues, have the potential to promote the growth and development of crops, increase their yields and play an important role in sustainable agriculture. It was found that all the bacteria under study increase the diameter of the neck of the seedling, but do not affect the height of the plant, the number of branches, or the fresh and dry aerial and radicular weight
