Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado La artesanía del parador turístico de Chan Chan como industria creativa para la generación de un negocio inclusivo tuvo como objetivo identificar las características que posee la artesanía para así poder desarrollar un negocio inclusivo. Hoy en día la artesanía se está industrializando a nivel nacional, pero el turista opta por un tipo de artesanía mucho más artesanal y propio del lugar donde se compra el producto. Es por tal motivo que para este proyecto de investigación se realizó la identificación de la materia prima, insumos, técnicas, herramientas, contenido simbólico y diseño de la artesanía, y predisposición de los artesanos. Para lo cual se aplicó el método Analítico – Sintético, el cual permitió analizar cada uno de los componentes para la elaboración de la artesanía y determinar las posibilidades de generar un negocio inclusivo y el método Etnográfico, permitió describir las características que tiene cada artesanía. Así mismo los instrumentos usados fueron la libreta de campo, cámara fotográfica, fichas y guía de entrevista aplicadas a los artesanos del parador turístico de Chan Chan que aportaron con información respecto a la artesanía. Comprobando la hipótesis general, llegando a la conclusión de que la artesanía posee características como industria creativa por el uso de la materia prima e insumos de la zona, técnicas tradicionales y herramientas manuales en cada una de sus piezas artesanales y representando la iconografía Chimú.
ABSTRACT The present research work entitled The crafts of the tourist inn of Chan Chan as a creative industry for the generation of an inclusive business aims to identify the characteristics of the crafts in order to develop an inclusive business. Nowadays, handicrafts are being industrialized at a national level, but tourists choose a type of handicraft that is much more artisanal and typical of the place where the product is purchased. It is for this reason that this research project has developed the identification of raw materials, supplies, techniques, tools, symbolic content and design of crafts, and the predisposition of artisans. For which the Analytical - Synthetic method was applied, which allowed to analyze each of the components for the elaboration of the crafts and determine the possibilities of generating an inclusive business and the Ethnographic method, allowed to describe the characteristics that each craft has. Likewise, the instruments used were the field book, photographic camera, files and interview guide applied to the artisans of the tourist inn of Chan Chan who provided information regarding crafts. Checking the general hypothesis, reaching the conclusion that the handicraft has characteristics as a creative industry due to the use of raw materials and inputs from the area, traditional techniques and hand tools in each of its handcrafted pieces and representing the Chimú iconography.
