Abstract
El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional que lleva como título “Analizamos el rol del Estado dentro del Sistema Financiero Nacional”, el cual está conformado por el diseño de sesión de aprendizaje, la sustentación científica y pedagógica, se ha elaborado con la finalidad de obtener el Título Profesional de Licenciado en Educación Secundaria, mención de Historia y Geografía. Este trabajo, que ha sido diseñado de acuerdo al modelo sugerido por la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, va dirigido para estudiantes de 5to de secundaria, en el área de Ciencias Sociales, desarrollando la competencia “Gestiona responsablemente los recursos económicos”, la capacidad “Comprende las relaciones entre los elementos del sistema económico y financiero”, y el desempeño precisado “Explica cómo el Estado cumple un rol regulador y supervisor dentro del sistema financiero nacional”. Los temas que se abordarán en esta sesión son la definición del Estado peruano y sus funciones, la definición de sistema financiero nacional, los intermediarios financieros, clasificación de la intermediación financiera, entidades reguladoras del sistema financiero y el rol del Estado en el sistema financiero. Finalmente, la evidencia de aprendizaje consistirá en elaborar un texto argumentativo sobre la importancia de la participación del Estado en el sistema financiero, y los instrumentos de evaluación para esta sesión serán la lista de cotejo y la rúbrica.
This Professional Proficiency Work entitled "We analyze the role of the State within the National Financial System", which is made up of the learning session design, the scientific and pedagogical support, has been prepared with the purpose of obtaining the Professional Title of Bachelor in Secondary Education, mention of History and Geography. This work, which has been designed according to the model suggested by the National University of Trujillo, is aimed at 5th year high school students, in the area of Social Sciences, developing the competence “Manage economic resources responsibly”, the capacity “Understand the relationships between the elements of the economic and financial system”, and the specified performance “Explain how the State fulfills a regulatory and supervisory role within the national financial system”. The topics to be addressed in this session are the definition of the Peruvian State and its functions, the definition of the national financial system, financial intermediaries, classification of financial intermediation, regulatory entities of the financial system and the role of the State in the financial system. Finally, the learning evidence will consist of developing a critical commentary on the importance of the State's participation in the financial system, and the evaluation instruments for this session will be the checklist and the rubric.
