dc.descriptionThis study aims to determine the effect of Physalis peruviana (Aguaymanto) on lipid peroxidation induced gastric mucosa of Rattus norvegicus var. Albinus ovariectomized (OVX). Experimental animals were divided into four groups: OVX control, standard OVX and OVX problems. The specimens were treated with balanced diet for the control OVX group was treated with physiological saline 0.9%, the pattern OVX group was given 0.4 mg/Kg p.c fluoxetine 20 mg and group problem 1 OVX crude extract was administered Physalis peruviana 3.0 g / kg previously induced with fluoxetine for 21 days after two months of surgery and the last Problem 2 OVX group was administered the crude extract of Physalis peruviana 4.5 g / kg body weight previously induced with fluoxetine for 21 days starting 2 weeks surgery. At the end lipoperoxidation was determined as a marker having malondialdehyde, which in the presence thiobarbituric acid facilitates reading spectrophotometrically at 532 nm wavelength. It is concluded that treatment with different doses in dose Physalis peruviana 3.0 g / kg and 4.5 g / kg showed a protective effect both in levels of MDH on the gastric mucosa of Rattus norvegicus var. Albinus OVX as its statistical significance by Tukey test with a value of 95% (p> 0.05).es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el efecto de Physalis peruviana (Aguaymanto) sobre la lipoperoxidación inducida en mucosa gástrica de Rattus norvegicus var. Albinus ovariectomizadas (OVX). Los animales de experimentación se dividieron en cuatro grupos: control OVX, patrón OVX y problemas OVX. Los especímenes fueron tratados con dieta balanceada, para el grupo control OVX fue tratado con solución salina fisiológica 0,9%, el grupo patrón OVX se le administró 0.4 mg/Kg de p.c fluoxetina de 20 mg y el grupo problema 1 OVX se administró el extracto crudo de Physalis peruviana 3.0 g/Kg de peso previamente inducido con fluoxetina durante 21 días después de dos meses de la cirugía y el último grupo problema 2 OVX se le administró el extracto crudo de Physalis peruviana 4.5 g/Kg de peso previamente inducido con fluoxetina durante 21 días comenzando 2 semanas después de la cirugía. Al final se determinó la lipoperoxidación teniendo como marcador el malondialdehído, el cual en presencia con el ácido tiobarbitúrico facilita su lectura por espectrofotometría a 532 nm de longitud de onda. Se concluye que en el tratamiento a diferentes dosis con Physalis peruviana en dosis de 3.0 g/Kg y 4.5 g/Kg ambos evidenciaron un efecto protector en los niveles de MDH sobre la mucosa gástrica de Rattus norvegicus var. Albinus OVX según su significancia estadística por la Prueba de Tukey con un valor de 95% (p>0.05).es_ES
