| dc.description | The present research study of a quantitative, descriptive-correlational type, carried out with nurses from the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, department of La Libertad, Peru, with the aim of determining the relationship between the variables “burnout” syndrome and job performance. 104 nurses participated, who were subjected to two assessment instruments: Maslach-MBI Burnout Inventory Questionnaire and Work Performance Assessment Format. The results obtained were tabulated, processed in the SPSS version 25 program and presented in simple tables with numerical and percentage frequencies. The data report that the level of burnout syndrome present in nurses is medium to low (96.2% and 2.9% respectively) and the level of job performance in nurses is high to medium (87.5% and 12% respectively); finding that there is a significant relationship between the presence of the "burnout" syndrome and job performance at the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de investigación de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo- correlacional, realizada con enfermeras del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, departamento de La Libertad, Perú, con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre las variables síndrome de “Burnout” y desempeño laboral. Participaron 104 enfermeras y enfermeros, los que fueron sometidos a dos instrumentos de evaluación: Cuestionario de Inventario de Burnout de Maslach- MBI y Formato de evaluación de desempeño laboral. Los resultados obtenidos fueron tabulados, procesados en el programa SPSS versión 25 y presentados en tablas simples con frecuencia numéricas y porcentuales. Los datos reportan que el nivel de síndrome de “Burnout” presente en las enfermeras es de medio a bajo (96.1 % y 2.9 % respectivamente) y el nivel de desempeño laboral en las enfermeras es de alto a medio (87.5 % y 12 % respectivamente); encontrando que existe relación significativa entre la presencia del síndrome de “burnout” y el desempeño laboral en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo | es_PE |
