In the psychological it was possible to determine the existence of three levels, emotional, cognitive and behavioral; And the physiological the auditory and non-auditory._x000D_ These psychological effects generated by the noise, present in the tourists in great percentage, in the emotional with a dissatisfaction 40%, causing them displeasure; In the cognitive the difficulty of making decisions 37%, making them difficult to decide to continue with the tourist activities in the Historical Center of Trujillo; And in the behavioral loss of interest in performing some activities 50%, that is to say, loses the desire to visit. The physiological effects occur in a large percentage of the auditory that leads to a degree of hearing loss 51% when the tourist is exposed to high noise levels generated in an instant and in the non-auditory headache 38%, Which enters the ear like a buzz._x000D_ The applied methodology was based on the Deductive - Inductive method and the Ethnographic method, also by means of indicators, the percentages generated by the noise were obtained, finding the Historical Center with high noise index that exceeds what was established, Of Measurement Evaluation in specific points in the Historical Center, taking into account the Tourist Attractions most visited by the tourists, as well as the specialists in the area of medicine in Otorhinolaryngology and Psychology were interviewed in order to know if the tourist can Have any effect on your health whether physical or mental.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se han identificado los efectos que genera la Contaminación Acústica en los turistas que visitan el Centro Histórico de Trujillo, estos son de dos tipos, el psicológico y el fisiológico. En el psicológico se pudo determinar la existencia de tres niveles, emocional, cognitivo y comportamental; y el fisiológico el auditivo y no auditivo._x000D_ Estos efectos psicológicos generados por el ruido, se presentan en los turistas en gran porcentaje, en lo emocional con una insatisfacción 40%, ocasionándoles disgusto; en lo cognitivo la dificultad de tomar decisiones 37%, haciéndoles difícil decidir seguir con las actividades turística en el Centro Histórico de Trujillo; y en lo comportamental la pérdida de interés en realizar algunas actividades 50%, es decir pierde el deseo de visitar. Los efectos fisiológicos se presentan en gran porcentaje en lo auditivo que conlleva a un grado de pérdida de capacidad auditiva 51% cuando el turista se encuentra expuesto a los altos índice de ruido generados en un instante y en lo no auditivo el dolor de cabeza 38%, que ingresa al oído como un zumbido._x000D_ La metodología aplicada se basó en el método Deductivo – Inductivo y el método Etnográfico, además por medio de indicadores, se obtuvieron los porcentajes que genera el ruido, encontrando al Centro Histórico con altos índice de ruido que supera lo establecido, para esto se realizó fichas de Evaluación de Medición en puntos específicos en el Centro Histórico, teniendo en cuenta los Atractivos Turísticos más visitados por los turistas, así como también se entrevistó a los especialistas en el área de medicina en Otorrinolaringología y Psicología con el fin de saber si el turista pueda contraer algún efecto en su salud sea física o mental.es_PE
