| dc.description | This descriptive correlational study and cutting cross was made with the nurses and patients hospitalized in the Hospital de Apoyo Chepén during 2009, in order to determine the relationship of teamwork and quality of nursing care. The sample consisted of 40 persons of the nursing staff and 40 patients hospitalized in different departments used two instruments were previously validated. The findings show that the level of teamwork was referred to as regular by 62.5 percent as good by 22.5 percent and poor by 15.0 percent. Regarding the level of Nursing Care Quality 82.5 percent of patients referred him as deficient, the 12.50 per cent as fair and 7.50 per cent as good. The statistical test reports that there is highly significant (p <0.05) between the level of teamwork and the quality of nursing care to hospitalized patients in the Hospital Support Chepén 2009. There is a highly significant difference (p <0.001) between the proportion of the levels of teamwork and quality of care matching the 62.5 percent for the former and 82.5 percent for the second respectively. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de tipo descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal se realizó con el personal de enfermería y pacientes hospitalizados en del Hospital de Apoyo Chepén durante el año 2009, con el propósito de determinar la relación del trabajo en equipo y la calidad del cuidado de enfermería. La muestra estuvo conformada por 40 personas del equipo de enfermería y 40 pacientes hospitalizados en diferentes servicios Se aplicaron dos instrumentos previamente validados. Los hallazgos muestran que el nivel de trabajo en equipo fue referido como regular por el 62.5 por ciento, como bueno por el 22.5 por ciento y deficiente por el 15.0 por ciento. En cuanto al nivel de Calidad de Cuidado de Enfermería el 82.5 por ciento de pacientes lo refirió como deficiente, el 12.50 por ciento como regular y el 7.50 por ciento como bueno. La prueba estadística reporta que existe relación altamente significativa (p< 0.05) entre el nivel de trabajo en equipo y el nivel de calidad de cuidado de enfermería al paciente hospitalizado en el Hospital Apoyo Chepén 2009. Existe una diferencia altamente significativa (p< 0.001) entre la proporción de los niveles de trabajo en equipo y calidad de cuidado correspondiendo el 62.5 por ciento para el primero y el 82.5 por ciento para el segundo respectivamente. | es_PE |
