dc.descriptionQualitative investigation, method I study of compared case, it had as aims: To describe, to analyze comparatively the styles of teaching / taking care in infirmary; and to identify the convergences and differences of the styles of to teach / take care in the National University Pedro Ruiz Gallo de Lambayeque (UNPRG) and the Catholic University Saint Toribio de Mogrovejo de Chiclayo (USAT). The theoretical frame was proposed by Freire, Demo, Carvalho, Waldow, Gadotti, Moreira, Morín. To gather information they used silabos of the subject of career of the second cycle and the interviews 10 teachers, 10 students. The analysis was documentary and of content, being obtained as categories: In the UNPRG the styles of teaching: dual classic - complex, and styles of taking care: simple and complex, centred in the functional bosses. In the USAT the styles of teaching: it Tries to be orientated by the complexity, and styles of taking care: integrator - complex; centred on the human needs. One concludes that there exist contextual particularities, predominance of the positivist paradigm; nevertheless both seek to develop the critical-reflexive thought where the relation student / teacher is horizontal, but in the practice carelessness exists and of another side mas accompaniment. The educational qualification is considered to be a critical point for the education in infirmary. It was considered to be the ethical beginning of the Report Belmonte and the criteria of scientific rigor of Lincoln and Gubaes_ES
dc.description.abstractInvestigación cualitativa, método estudio de caso comparado, tuvo como objetivos: Describir, analizar comparativamente los estilos de enseñar/cuidar en enfermería; e identificar las convergencias y divergencias de los estilos de enseñar/cuidar en la Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo de Lambayeque (UNPRG) y la Universidad Católica Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo de Chiclayo (USAT). El marco teórico fue propuesto por Freire, Demo, Carvalho, Waldow, Moreira, Morín. Para recolectar datos, se utilizaron silabos de la asignatura de carrera del segundo ciclo y entrevistas a 10 profesores, 10 estudiantes. El análisis fue documental y de contenido, obteniéndose como categorías: En la UNPRG los estilos de enseñar: dual clásico-complejo, y estilos de cuidar: simple y complejo, centrado en los patrones funcionales. En la USAT los estilos de enseñar: Intenta orientarse por la complejidad, y estilos de cuidar: integrador-complejo; centrado en las necesidades humanas. Se concluye que existen particularidades contextuales, predominio del paradigma positivista; sin embargo ambos buscan desarrollar el pensamiento crítico-reflexivo donde la relación estudiante/docente sea horizontal, pero en la praxis existe descuido y de otro lado mas acompañamiento. La cualificación docente es punto crítico para la enseñanza en enfermería. Se consideró los principios éticos del Informe Belmonte y el rigor científico de Lincoln y Guba.es_ES
