dc.description.abstractEl siguiente ensayo, denominado “Efecto de dos volúmenes de aplicación del virus de la poliedrosis nuclear en el control de Elasmopalpus lignosellus Zeller en Asparagus officinalis L. hibrido “UC-157-F1” en Virú, La Libertad”, se llevó a cabo en el fundo Compositán, perteneciente a la empresa Danper S.A.C., del distrito de Huancaquito Alto, provincia de Virú, del departamento de La Libertad. La ejecución del ensayo fue a partir desde marzo del 2018 hasta junio del 2018. Se realizó la prueba de T student (prueba de hipótesis para medias); siendo el T1 (testigo absoluto), T2 (vol. de 1000 l/ha), T3 (vol. de 2000 l/ha), estos dos últimos siendo trabajados con el virus de la polidriosis nuclear a la misma de dosis de 1.25 l/hás. El objetivo del presente ensayo fue evaluar el efecto de dos volúmenes de aplicación del virus de la poliedrosis nuclear (VPN) en el control de Elasmpalpus lignosellus Zeller en Asparagus officinalis L híbrido “UC-157-F1” en Virú, La Libertad. Los resultados demostraron que hubo diferencias significativas en cuanto al control de dos volúmenes de aplicación del virus de la poliedrosis nuclear(VPN) con respecto al testigo absoluto, lo cual se produjo en el menor número de larvas vivas y el menor número promedio de tallos perforados ;destacándose el tratamiento T3(2000 litros de volumen de aplicación de VPN) que produjo un promedio de 4.4 larvas vivas a 0 larvas vivas por metro y de 2.5 tallos perforados a 2.9 tallos perforados por metro lineal después de haber transcurridos 24 días de la aplicación de los tratamientos. EL tratamiento T3 produjo el valor más bajo número de larvas con respecto al umbral de daño económico (0.5 larvas por metro lineal por metro) al obtener 0 larvas de Elasmopalpus lignosellus, superando a los tratamientos T1 y T2 que produjo un valor de 0.07 larvas por metro lineal después de los 24 días de la aplicación.

The treatment T3 produced the lowest number of larvae with respect to the threshold of economic damage (0.5 larvae per linear meter per meter) when obtaining 0 larvae of Elasmopalpus lignosellus, surpassing the treatments T1 and T2 that produced a value of 0.07 larvae per Linear meter after 24 days of application.
