Abstract
El presente tema ha sido escogido a nuestro criterio debido la gran importancia de los accidentes laborales en nuestro país y que a pesar del sombrío escenario en el último año donde se ha evidenciado las insuficiencias de muchas empresas; no cobra la importancia necesaria, siendo la clase trabajadora un gran porcentaje en nuestro país y a la cual se le debe brindar los medios e instrumentos necesarios para salvaguardar sus vidas y darles una excelente calidad en el ambiente laboral. Expuesto lo anterior, el presente trabajo se dividirá en cuatro partes; la primera parte, tratará sobre una general exposición que nos acercará a una realidad problemática sobre clima laboral y un sistema de gestión y seguridad implementado en las empresas; los antecedentes del problema; el planteamiento del problema; la hipótesis y los objetivos de la presente investigación científica. En la segunda parte, desarrollaremos el marco teórico en el cual hemos considerado los diversos conceptos de un Sistema de Gestión y Seguridad del Trabajo. La tercera parte de esta investigación describirá los materiales y métodos empleados. En último lugar, la cuarta parte, revisa el análisis de los resultados obtenidos, la discusión de estos resultados, las conclusiones a las que hemos llegado, y finalmente las recomendaciones.
ABSTRACT This Research topic, we chosen at our criterion due to the great importance that it has aroused in our country and that despite the gloomy scenario in the last year where the insufficiencies of many companies have been evidenced, it does not acquire the necessary importance, with the working class being a large percentage in our country and to which the necessary means and instruments must be provided to safeguard their lives and give them an excellent quality of work life and risk prevention. Having stated the above, this work will be divided into four parts; The first part will deal with a general exposition that will bring us closer to a problematic reality regarding the work environment and a management and safety system implemented in companies; the background of the problem; the statement of the problem; the hypothesis and the objectives of the present scientific investigation. In the second part, we will develop the theoretical framework in which we have considered the various concepts of a Work Safety and Management System. The third part of this investigation describes the materials and methods used. Lastly, the fourth part reviews the analysis of the results obtained, the discussion of these results, the conclusions we have reached, and finally the recommendations.
