dc.descriptionThis thesis called Effects generated by Covid-19 in Trujillo hotels and restaurants, sought to identify the economic and social effects that the Covid-19 pandemic has generated in Trujillo hotels and restaurants throughout this time of crisis._x000D_ This research addressed exclusive data from three-star lodging establishments and three-star restaurant establishments, both in the district of Trujillo. It was learned that the economic effects on these companies due to the pandemic were the closure of their premises, the null and little economic income in them and the unemployment of many workers as effects. Likewise, an analysis was made of the social effects caused by the pandemic, which were the stress of the workers and those in charge of managing these companies (owners and administrators), and the change in the social interaction of the worker-client in that period. All these data were collected from 69 lodging establishments and 3 catering establishments registered in the National Directory of Tourist Service Providers of the Mincetur._x000D_ Regarding the research methodology, it was based on two methods, the ethnographic and the analytical-synthetic, the techniques applied were the interview, the survey, the graphic record, the signing, and direct observation. Likewise, the instruments used were the interview guide, the survey guide, the textual cards and the photographic camera. All these tools helped to fulfill the study of the research variables.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis denominada Efectos generados por el Covid-19 en los hoteles y restaurantes de Trujillo, buscó identificar los efectos económicos y sociales que ha generado la pandemia Covid-19 en los hoteles y restaurantes de Trujillo a lo largo de este tiempo de crisis. _x000D_ Esta investigación abordó datos exclusivos de los establecimientos de hospedaje de tres estrellas y establecimientos de restauración de tres tenedores, ambos del distrito de Trujillo. Se logró conocer que los efectos económicos en estas empresas por la pandemia, fueron el cierre de sus locales, el nulo y poco ingreso económico en ellas y el desempleo de muchos trabajadores como efectos. Asimismo, se hizo un análisis de los efectos sociales provocados por la pandemia, los cuales fueron el estrés de los trabajadores y encargados de manejar estas empresas (dueños y administradores), y el cambio en la interacción social de trabajador-cliente en ese lapso. Todos estos datos fueron recopilados de 69 establecimientos de hospedaje y de 3 establecimientos de restauración registrados en el Directorio Nacional de Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos del Mincetur. _x000D_ Respecto a la metodología de investigación, se basó en dos métodos, el etnográfico y el analítico-sintético, las técnicas aplicadas fueron la entrevista, la encuesta, el registro gráfico, el fichaje, y la observación directa. Asimismo, los instrumentos usados fueron la guía de entrevista, la guía de encuesta, las fichas textuales y la cámara fotográfica. Todas estas herramientas ayudaron a cumplir con el estudio de las variables de investigación.es_PE
