dc.descriptionThis research determined how the implementation of the methodology of continuous improvement increases the effectiveness of the area of operations of the company Transportation Sakura S.A. The Continuous Improvement is a Japanese methodology, whose philosophy focuses on constantly improving organizations with the Deming cycle: Acting, Planning Do & Check. And the effectiveness referenced throughout the investigation is defined as the achievement of results scheduled in time and with the best possible reasonable costs, is doing the right thing with great accuracy and without any waste of time or money. The population are the effectiveness of the area of operations of the company Sakura S.A. and shows the effectiveness of the area of operations of the company Sakura S.A. 2015. The sampling is not probabilistic for convenience. The research design is the pre experimental with pretest and posttest. The technique for collecting data was library research, interviews, meetings and documentary research. The implementation of the methodology of continuous improvement in the area of operations of the company Sakura S.A., greatly enhanced the effectiveness of the area of operations of the company Sakura S.A warehouse, from 1.51 in the year 2015 to 1.71 in 2016.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo de investigación se realizó una propuesta para la implementación de la metodología del mejoramiento continuo con la finalidad de aumentar la efectividad del área de operaciones de la empresa Transportes Sakura S.A. El mejoramiento continuo es una metodología japonesa, cuya filosofía se centra en mejorar constantemente las organizaciones con el ciclo de Deming: Actuar, Planificar Hacer y Verificar. Y la efectividad a la que se hace referencia en toda la investigación se define como el logro de los resultados programados en el tiempo y con los costos más razonables posibles, supone hacer lo correcto con gran exactitud y sin ningún desperdicio de tiempo o dinero. La población son las efectividades del área de operaciones de la empresa Sakura S.A. y la muestra las efectividades del área de operaciones de la empresa Sakura S.A del año 2015. El muestreo es no probabilístico por conveniencia. El diseño de investigación es el pre experimental con pre prueba y post prueba. La técnica para recopilar datos fue la investigación bibliográfica, entrevistas, reuniones e investigación documentaria. La implementación de la metodología de mejoramiento continuo del área de operaciones de la empresa Sakura S.A., permitió aumentar la efectividad del área de operaciones de la empresa Sakura S.A de almacenes, de 1.51 en el año 2015 a 1.71 en el año 2016.es_ES
