Abstract
La problemática de la presente investigación está relacionada con el capital humano y su incidencia en la rentabilidad, habiéndose considerado como unidad de análisis a la empresa Servicios Empresariales Integrales S.A. por considerarla representativa en la actividad consultora del Distrito de Trujillo, en el periodo de estudio correspondiente. El objetivo central está definido en la determinación de cómo el capital humano incide en la rentabilidad de dicha empresa. Es por ello que la población y la muestra representativa están dadas por las empresas del giro consultor así como la propia empresa Servicios Empresariales Integrales S.A., considerando que reúne las condiciones para efectuar dicho estudio; se empleó el método de la medición y el método sistémico para dicha labor. El resultado más significativo ha sido verificar que el capital humano integrado por la formación académica, profesional y personal, sumada a la experiencia que el recurso humano dispone contribuye con la rentabilidad de la empresa Servicios Empresariales Integrales S.A. demostrado tanto con los resultados de la gestión de la empresa como con los indicadores expresados en el análisis vertical y horizontal así como los ratios de rentabilidad y liquidez fundamentalmente. por ello que la conclusión principal es que el capital humano incide significativamente en la rentabilidad de la empresa.

The problem of this research is related to human capital and its impact on profitability, having been considered as a unit of analysis to the company Servicios Empresariales Integrales S.A. to be considered representative in the consultative activity of the District of Trujillo, in the corresponding study period. The central objective is defined in the determination of how human capital affects the profitability of said company. That is why the population and the representative sample are given by the companies of the consultant turn as well as the company Servicios Integrales Integrales S.A., considering that it meets the conditions to carry out said study; the method of measurement and the systemic method were used for this task. The most significant result has been to verify that the human capital integrated by the academic and professional training, added to
the experience that the human resource has, contributes with the profitability of the company Servicios Empresariales Integrales S.A. demonstrated both with the results of the management of the company and with the indicators expressed in the vertical and horizontal analysis as well as the profitability and liquidity ratios fundamentally. That is why the main conclusion is that human capital has a significant impact on the profitability of the Company.
