| dc.description | The present research was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of family support in the treatment of schizophrenic patients treated at the El Porvenir Community Mental Health Center. The sample consisted of 20 schizophrenic patients, in which the development of the research methods such as deductive, inductive, statistical and analytical-synthetic were applied, as well as techniques such as the interview and the survey that were presented through the interview guide instruments, interview record and the survey questionnaire, which were applied to the patients together with their families, arrived at qualitative and quantitative data allowing the analytical understanding of the indicators and their variables. According to the analysis carried out and the results obtained in the research, it is evident that family support influences the treatment of schizophrenic patients by 45% in relation to communication, 60% in relation to care, 45% in relation to attention and 50% in relation to the family union that occurs in the family home; taking into account that 75% of the patients have generated positive changes since they began their treatment due to adequate monitoring and care. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia del soporte familiar en el tratamiento del paciente esquizofrénico atendido en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario El Porvenir. La muestra estuvo conformado por 20 pacientes esquizofrénicos, en el cual el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicaron los métodos como el deductivo, inductivo, estadístico y analítico-sintético, asimismo se utilizaron técnicas como la entrevista y la encuesta que fueron presentados a través de los instrumentos de guía de entrevista, registro de entrevista y el cuestionario de la encuesta, los cuales se aplicaron a los pacientes junto con sus familias, arribaron a datos cualitativos y cuantitativos permitiendo la comprensión analítica de los indicadores y sus variables. De acuerdo al análisis realizado y resultados obtenidos en la investigación, se evidencia que el soporte familiar influye en el tratamiento de los pacientes esquizofrénicos en un 45% en relación a la comunicación, un 60% en relación al cuidado, un 45% en relación a la atención y un 50% en relación a la unión familiar que se presenta en el hogar de la familia; teniendo en cuenta que el 75% de los pacientes ha generado cambios positivos desde que comenzó su tratamiento debido al adecuado acompañamiento y cuidado. | es_PE |
