Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación estuvo orientado a extraer las Isoflavonas Totales y a determinar la concentración de Isoflavonas Totales expresados en Genisteína en materia seca de granos ó semillas de Glycine max L. (Soya) provenientes de la Provincia de Jaén-Cajamarca, recolectados en el mes de septiembre, mediante el método espectrofotométrico UV-Visible descrito por Kostennikova Z. adaptada por la Cátedra de Farmacognosia y Farmacobotánica de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la U.N.T. 27. Se realizó en el Herbarium Truxillense (HUT) de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo la Clasificación y Descripción Taxonómica de la especie Glycine max L. (Soya). El desecado, trituración, desengrasado y despigmentación de la droga, la extracción e hidrólisis de los glucósidos de isoflavonas, la purificación y la cuantificación espectrofotométrica UV-Visible, sirvió para extraer y cuantificar las isoflavonas totales. La concentración de Isoflavonas Totales expresadas en Genisteína fue de 0.49661 %, encontrándose dentro del rango de 0.2 % a 0.7 % (Según la Asociación Argentina de Dietistas y Nutricionista Dietistas) 33. Estadísticamente se utilizó el Promedio Aritmético y la Distribución T de Student, verificándose los resultados obtenidos de la solución problema, encontrándose dentro de su Intervalo de Confianza; y su Coeficiente de Variabilidad se encuentra ubicada en la categoría de alta representatividad Estadística.

This research was aimed to draw the Total Isoflavones and determine the concentration of Total Isoflavone expressed in genistein in dry matter of grains or seeds of Glycine max L. (Soya) from the province of Jaen, Cajamarca, harvested in September by UV-Visible spectrophotometric method described by Kostennikova Z. adapted by the Chair of Pharmacobotany and Pharmacognosy,of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the UNT27. The Taxonomic Classification and Description of the species Glycine max L. (Soya) was held in the Herbarium Truxillense (HUT) of the Universidad National de Trujillo. Drying, grinding, degreasing and depigmentation of the drug, extraction and hydrolysis of glycosides of isoflavones, purification and UV-Visible spectrophotometric quantification was used to extract and quantify the total isoflavones. The concentration of Total Isoflavone expressed in Genistein was at 0.49661%, within the range of 0.2% to 0.7% (according to the Argentine Association of Dieticians and Nutritionist Dietitians) 33. Statistically, the arithmetic average and the Student t distribution, we used verifying the results of the solution problem found within its confidence interval and its coefficient of variability is located in the category of high representativeness Statistics
