Implementación del estándar ISO 9001:2015 y su influencia en la productividad de una empresa agroindustrial

Abstract
La Palta Hass peruana en los últimos años se ha convertido en uno de los principales productos de exportación a diferentes destinos; actualmente se viene trabajando en la apertura de nuevos mercados internacionales, lo que es muy importante para la exportación de palta Hass.
Aprovechar la demanda que crece año a año, nos trae un reto como industria: exportar Palta Hass peruana libre de plagas y enfermedades, y de muy buena calidad.
La investigación tiene como objetivo general describir los daños mecánicos en cosecha y transporte que afecta la productividad de la Palta Hass y mejorar la calidad de la fruta mediante la Implementación de la Herramienta ESTÁNDAR ISO 9001:2015. Como objetivos específicos se evaluó los daños mecánicos en la etapa de Cosecha y Transporte. Así como, evaluar el Rendimiento de la cosecha según % de daños mecánicos; Mejorar el transporte del campo al acopio y Capacitar al personal obrero encargado de la Cosecha y Transporte.
Dentro de los resultados se encontró que perdemos por daños ya sea de condición o de calidad en un 18.9%, lo que hace que solo exportemos el 80%.
Para el estándar 9001:2015, se propuso tres Procesos de calidad: i) Procesos estratégicos o de mejora, ii) Procesos operativos o de prestación del servicio y iii) Procesos auxiliares o de apoyo. Para esta propuesta se elaboró los formatos para cada proceso propuesto como parte de la implementación de ISO 9001:2015 en la Empresa Agroindustrial DANPER LA VENTUROSA.

Taking advantage of the demand that grows year by year brings us a challenge as an industry: exporting Peruvian Hass Avocado free of pests and diseases, and of very good quality. The general objective of the research is to describe the mechanical damage in harvest and transport that affects the productivity of Hass Avocado and to improve the quality of the fruit through the Implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 STANDARD Tool. As specific objectives, mechanical damage in the Harvest and Transport stage was evaluated. As well as, evaluate the yield of the harvest according to% of mechanical damage; Improve the transport from the field to the stockpile and Train the workers in charge of the Harvest and Transport. Among the results, it was found that we lose 18.9% due to damage either of condition or quality, which means that we only export 80%. For the 9001: 2015 standard, three quality processes were proposed: i) Strategic or improvement processes, ii) Operational or service provision processes, and iii) Auxiliary or support processes. For this proposal, the formats for each proposed process were prepared as part of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 in the DANPER LA VENTUROSA Agroindustrial Company.
