Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación de tipo descriptivo, se desarrolló en el año 2017, a través de la muestra conformada por 26 adultos mayores que forman parte de la Estrategia Sanitaria Nacional de No Transmisibles del Hospital Pacasmayo, ubicado en el Distrito de Pacasmayo de la Provincia de Pacasmayo. Este informe de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la influencia del deficiente soporte familiar en el auto cuidado del adulto mayor, ya que nos permite identificar cuáles son las situaciones que afectan de manera positiva o negativa al bienestar físico, emocional y social del adulto mayor.
La metodología aplicada se baso en los métodos inductivo –deductivo, analítico –sintético y estadístico y nos permitió interpretar, estudiar, organizar y analizar las formas de soporte brindadas al adulto mayor y la percepción de ellos acerca del auto cuidado. Las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados permitieron obtener los datos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos propios del grupo de investigación a través de la observación, entrevista, encuesta y para el sustento teórico la recopilación bibliográfica.
Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación confirman las hipótesis planteadas, puesto que el deficiente soporte familiar influye en gran medida en el auto cuidado del adulto mayor, ya que la familia favorece en el bienestar físico, emocional y social a través de una mayor comunicación del adulto mayor con personas de su entorno, mayor participación dentro del grupo de Estrategia Sanitaria y practicas adecuadas del uso de su tiempo libre.
Description
The present research work of descriptive type, was developed in 2017, through the sample formed by 26 seniors who are part of the National Sanitary Strategy of Non-Communicable Pacasmayo Hospital, located in the District of Pacasmayo Province Of Pacasmayo. This research report was made with the purpose of determining the influence of poor family support in the elderly care self care, since it allows us to identify which situations affect positively or negatively the physical, emotional and social well-being of the adult higher.
The applied methodology was based on the inductive methods - analytical, synthetic and statistical methods and allowed us to interpret, study, organize and analyze the forms of support offered to the elderly and the perception of them about self care. The techniques and instruments used allowed to obtain the quantitative and qualitative data of the research group through observation, interview, survey and for the theoretical support the bibliographical compilation.
The results obtained in this research confirm the hypotheses raised, since poor family support greatly influences elderly self-care, since the family favors physical, emotional and social well-being through greater adult communication Greater participation with people in their environment, greater participation within the group of Sanitary Strategy and adequate practices of the use of their leisure time.
