Abstract
La presente investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva de corte transversal correlacional se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y estrés laboral en el personal de salud en tiempos de Covid19 del Centro de Salud San Martín de Porres-Trujillo, en una población de 40 a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos tipo cuestionario: clima organizacional y el estrés laboral en el personal de salud , para la correlación de variables se aplicó la prueba estadística de chi cuadrado, llegando a los siguientes resultados: El clima organizacional en tiempos de COVID19, se encontró que el 77,5% del personal de salud perciben un clima organizacional desfavorable y el 22,5% favorable,. El nivel de estrés laboral del personal de salud en tiempos de COVID19. se encontró que el 62,5% refieren estrés laboral bajo, el 22,5% nivel intermedio y el 10,0% nivel alto. Existe relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y el nivel de estrés en el personal de salud del Centro de Salud San Martin X2 p= 0.001
