| dc.description | Analyzing the experiences of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was the purpose of this qualitative research, with phenomenological approach. The stage was Chepén Hospital, where 10 participants were interviewed, the technique used was the open depth interview. Speeches obtained were classified into 11 units of meaning: My job is guilty of tuberculosis, I lost my job, sadness, discouragement and fear of death, isolation, support from family and friends, the nurse my support, tuberculosis change my life, Tuberculosis stigma, Faith in God, treatment is unpleasant, my family infected me. The findings reveal what being a patient with tuberculosis, what you feel, how you live your fears and fears about death, it is isolated, think of all that lost by this disease. The nurse became one of his biggest supporters like the family plays a vital role in the treatment and recovery of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | Analizar las vivencias de los pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar fue el objeto de la presente investigación cualitativa, con enfoque fenomenológico. El escenario fue el Hospital de Chepén, donde se entrevistaron a 10 participantes, la técnica utilizada fue la entrevista abierta a profundidad. Los discursos obtenidos fueron clasificados en 11 unidades de significado: Mi trabajo es culpable de la tuberculosis, perdí mi trabajo, tristeza, desánimo y miedo a morir, aislamiento, apoyo en familiares y amigos, la enfermera mi apoyo, la tuberculosis cambio mi vida, estigma a la tuberculosis, Fe en Dios, el tratamiento es desagradable, mis familiares me contagiaron. Los hallazgos develan lo que significa ser un paciente con tuberculosis, lo que siente, como vive sus miedos y temores hacia la muerte, se aísla, piensa en todo lo que pierde por esta enfermedad. El profesional de enfermería se convierte en uno de sus mayores apoyos al igual que la familia juega un papel vital para el tratamiento y recuperación del paciente con tuberculosis pulmonar. | es_PE |
